CORONADO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Aylianna Switzer was born without kidneys and was transferred to the care of Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego when she was only a month old.
Aylianna, now 7, recently underwent a kidney transplant in Chicago and her health has since improved, according to her parents, Angie and Brandon Switzer.
