(KRON) — A juvenile riding an electric stand-on scooter suffered injuries after colliding with a moving car in Sonoma on Tuesday, according to the Sonoma Police Department.
The juvenile, who was not wearing a helmet, was traveling fast when he crashed into the back portion of a moving car at the intersection of Robinson Road and Fano Lane just after 12:30 p.m., the SPD said.

The juvenile was transported by ambulance to the Queen of the Valley Hospital. The injuries were not thought to be serious or life threatening, authorities said.
