LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A Liberty County commissioner was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with obstruction, officials confirmed Tuesday.
According to Hinesville Police Assistant Chief Terranova Smith, officers from the Hinesville Police Department (HPD) were on scene at Huta Dispensary and Lounge located in the 200 block of West General Screven Way in reference to an on-view overcrowding violation.
