TOLEDO, Ohio — A man who has been in jail since 2018 after being convicted of raping his young daughter is now heading home to prepare for a new trial following a review of the case by Lucas County’s new conviction integrity unit.
11 Investigates talked to him, moments after he was released on bond from the Lucas County jail and asked him about spending the holidays with his family.
