Drones designed to combat school shootings could soon be coming to Arkansas

CONWAY, Ark. –A Texas-based company was in Conway today to demonstrate their Campus Guardian Angels, drones that could be a new tool to combat school shootings.

Campus Guardian Angels are drones that CEO Justin Marston says will be stationed in schools within boxes, and when deployed, the drones could respond to threats minutes faster than law enforcement.

“The advantage of a service like this is that we can respond in five seconds, be on the shooter in 15 seconds and we can degrade and incapacitate in 60 seconds,” Marston said.
