Saint Mark Baptist Church’s annual Feast of Hope serves Little Rock’s homeless community

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – On Tuesday morning, Saint Mark Baptist Church opened its Family Life Center to hundreds of people seeking warmth, a hot pre-Thanksgiving meal, and essential services during its annual Feast of Hope outreach event.

From 9 a.m. to noon, volunteers served food with partnering organizations that offered free health screenings, flu shots, hygiene kits, legal assistance and access to workforce programs. Sleeping bags and gently used clothing were also available.
