Kyle Holliday attended Rock Valley College in Illinois after serving time in Winnebago County Jail. He decided to seek new opportunities and focus on personal growth. He chose Rock Valley College to start this process.
Kyle enrolled at the college to find stability and build a career. He said he wanted to live with purpose and move beyond his past. For him, the college was a place that offered support and a chance to improve.
John Lindblade, Kyle’s GED instructor in jail and later at the college, played an important role in his progress. Lindblade encouraged Kyle to join the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) program.
