Midwest Communications Country “Y100” WNCY-FM Neenah-Menasha/Appleton/Green Bay WI has announced the promotion of morning host Randy ‘Shotgun’ Shannon to Brand Manager.
Shannon previously programmed WNCY from 1996 to 2006 before returning as Digital Director in 2012 and becoming morning host in 2016. He has also held roles programming Cumulus’ WPCK/WPKR in the market, KWOF Denver, and WYXY Springfield IL along with holding roles as APD/MD/morning co-host at KCYY San Antonio and KWLI Denver.
