TULSA, Okla. – A Cherokee Nation manslaughter case is raising concerns for both the victim’s family and the suspect’s relatives after a search warrant error led to key evidence being thrown out. These families both want justice and share the same fear that the mistake could affect how the case is tried in the Cherokee Nation Court.
