LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A judge denied bail Tuesday for the 19-year-old accused of intentionally causing last week’s 12-car crash that killed two people, including the young man’s pregnant girlfriend.
Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Joe Bonaventure denied bail for Jose Gutierrez during Gutierrez’s initial appearance on ten felony charges on Tuesday. Last week, another judge denied setting bail during a probable cause hearing.
