BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are asking the community to help search for a missing teenager who was last seen in the 1700 block of Belle Terrace.
Skyler Jaymore Howard, 15, was last seen Nov. 18 and is considered at-risk due to no priors for running away.
Howard is a girl described to be 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 135 pounds.
She has black hair and black eyes. It is unknown was clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance…
