BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A man was arrested following a shooting that left a Fairfield teenager dead five months ago, according to the Birmingham Police Department.
Birmingham resident Stephan Trainer, 24, is charged with capital murder in connection to the death of 18-year-old Marion Cedric Poole. The shooting occurred on Avenue H in Ensley on June 16. Police found Poole on the ground in an alley unresponsive.
