Unexpected Encounters in Birmingham: A Quest for Chicken Amidst Gunfire

In a recent incident, a group of tourists visiting Birmingham, Alabama, reported an alarming encounter in the West End neighborhood. The visitors were on a quest to find a Church’s Chicken restaurant, guided by Google Maps. However, the route took them through a neighborhood near Jefferson location, off of Fayette, where they witnessed a man casually walking down the street with an assault rifle. Further into the journey, they spotted another man with a pistol on his hip. The visitors returned to the same block the following night, where they saw a couple of fire trucks and a handful of police cars. They also heard what sounded like 5-6 gunshots.
