Woman struck, killed in Ladson auto-pedestrian collision, coroner says

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A 35-year-old Georgia woman was killed after being struck by a car in Ladson on Sunday night, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.

Stephanie Phagan of Toccoa, Ga, died after being struck around 8 p.m. on Highway 78 near Craven Road.
