STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV) – A possible plea deal for an attempted murder case involving a teenage boy from Augusta County will no longer happen. Now 17-year-old Kayden Antonio Wallace, who is being charged as an adult, will face a jury after being accused of stabbing a 35-year-old man 10 times this past June.
On June 15, the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a teen who stabbed an older man numerous times at a bus stop off of 47 Bobby’s Way in Staunton, near Mountain Laurel Manor, an apartment complex, according to court documents.
Documents also state that according to investigators, the stabbing left the victim with serious injuries in his neck, back, and sides. Wallace will turn 18 on November 28 and will then be charged as an adult…
