MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man was hit by a U.S. Marshals’ vehicle during a chase while on foot.
The chase happened on November 22 when a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper tried to pull over a driver passing the double-yellow line into the wrong lane of the road on Mississippi Boulevard.
The driver refused to stop for a traffic stop, and a pursuit ensued…
