Traffic congestion continued on Interstate 95 near the South Carolina-Georgia border following a crash that shuttered all northbound lanes of the interstate Wednesday morning.
The northbound lanes were reopened around 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
