Brew LLC has acquired 13 convenience stores and one smoke shop and liquor store from Indianola, Iowa-based Danlee Corp.
Most of the stores are in and around central Iowa, KJ Acquisitions, which represented the seller, told CSP Daily News on Tuesday. The deal closed on Oct. 29, Waukee, Iowa-based KJ Acquisitions said.
The acquired stores were branded Jiffy or Phillips 66 and will be rebranded as Brew stores in the upcoming months, offering fuel from bp and Amoco, Brew told CSP on Wednesday…
