ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — The day before Thanksgiving is often referred to as “Blackout Wednesday,” and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office will provide safe rides again this year.
“We want to provide a ride home to anybody that was out partying having a good time and get them home safely,” said Winnebago County Sheriff, Gary Caruana.
