WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Highway Patrol has identified a man who died in a crash at a Kansas Turnpike interchange near Emporia.
It happened around 12:15 a.m. Monday at the Interstate 35/Interstate 335 interchange.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said 64-year-old Pedro Ocampo of Berwyn, Illinois, was driving a Peterbilt semitruck south on I-35 when he took the exit at too high of a speed and lost control.
