Rotterdam man charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide in September crash

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A Rotterdam man has been arraigned on a three-count indictment, formally charging him in connection to the death of a man in September. According to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, 29-year-old Matthew Merriman is accused of killing a man while driving intoxicated.

Merriman was formally charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, second degree manslaughter and second degree assault.
