AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday that an attempted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle led to a vehicle pursuit.
RCSO said deputies attempted to stop the vehicle on Johns Road near Walton Way on Nov. 26. The vehicle later crashed at the end of Johns Road and onto the Augusta Country Club.
According to police, a 16-year-old was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. An ambulance also responded to the scene to examine the juvenile…
