BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 51-year-old man was arraigned Wednesday on charges including first-degree murder in connection with a deadly shooting in east Bakersfield.
The Public Defender’s Office entered not guilty pleas on behalf of Jose Guadalupe Preciado. He’s being held without bail.
