NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A Summerville couple celebrated being cancer-free on Wednesday with a ceremonial bell ringing at HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital.
Janine and James Turpin have been together for 53 years and recently overcame two cancer diagnoses. Janine was declared free of uterine cancer, while James survived prostate cancer.
