SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – A man has been arrested and charged after a girl saw a hand holding a cellphone while she was inside a restroom stall at a store in Oakland County last month, police said.
Dale Frye, 45, of Detroit, has been charged with capturing/distributing images of an unclothed person and using computers to commit a crime, according to the Southfield Police Department.
He was issued a $30,000 cash/surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court again on Dec. 8, 2025…
