Greensboro shooting victim’s mother reacts after suspect arrested: ‘Trying to grieve’

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) —  A 22-year-old man is now charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Mircedezes Edwards in Greensboro.

Police arrested Jordan Marks just over a month after the fatal shooting. Mircedezes’s mother said this arrest brings some relief, but it’s still not closure.

She said the past month has been filled with grief, worry and uncertainty…
