LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A former Lexington sober living home supervisor pleaded guilty on Nov. 18 to health care fraud for unnecessary billings to Medicaid.
In 2024, a pair of Lexington residents was indicted on healthcare fraud charges and conspiracy to receive kickbacks.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) said that Ernest Williams was a former peer support specialist and supervisor for the Fayette County-based sober home Serenity Keepers.
