MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person was injured, and two people have been detained after a shooting in the area of Highland Heights on Wednesday afternoon, according to Memphis Police.
Officers said at 1:43 p.m., they responded to a shooting in the 3100 block of Faxon Avenue and located a male victim who was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police said one male and one female have been detained.
