People with medical conditions that make it hard to communicate with police and first responders could request a designation on their driver’s licenses under a bill introduced for next year’s legislative session.
Rep. Ontario Tillman, D-Bessemer, an attorney who taught special needs students in Alabama schools for 10 years, is sponsoring the bill.
