- On November 21, 2025, at about 5:15 PM, Rialto PD and Fire responded to a reported fire at an apartment complex at 1031 South Cactus Avenue in Rialto.
- Units located a working fire in an apartment complex and requested a 2nd alarm response.
- After discovering the fire had spread through a common attic space, a 3rd and 4th alarm was requested.
- At this time, it’s believed that at least 16 units have been involved.
- No injuries have been reported at this time.
- The cause of the fire is under investigation.
