RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — An adult and a child are without a home after an apartment fire above a Richmond restaurant Monday afternoon.
At about 3:53 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24, crews with the Richmond Fire Department were called to a building in the area of West Broad and North Foushee streets for report of a structure fire.
When they arrived, firefighters found flames pouring from the second-story window of a building on the Foushee Street side.
