LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man who escaped after allegedly robbing a Walgreens has investigators searching for answers.
On November 18, at 7:55 p.m., the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) says a man entered the Walgreens, located at South Dixie Highway in the City of Lake Worth. PBSO says during the transaction, the robber forcibly grabbed cash from the cashier’s hand before fleeing the store on foot.
Deputies described the robber as a man with a thin build, standing at 5’8″ to 5’9″ tall. Deputies say he was wearing a white sweatshirt with the words “Blood Donor”, black shorts and red sneakers…
