Nov. 25 (UPI) — Police in New Jersey engaged in a hoof chase with a runaway horse that went trotting through a Monroe Township neighborhood.
The Monroe Township Police Department said on social media that the horse was spotted in the Hunter Woods neighborhood in Gloucester County on Friday.
A police officer attempted to chase the equine on foot, but instead “officially confirmed what science has suspected for years: He cannot outrun a horse,” the post said.
