LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Fordyce, Conway, and Dumas — all three places that have had a mass violence incident in years past.
During those events, Arkansas State Police (ASP) has stepped in as an assisting agency to help local law enforcement keep those in the community safe.
Now, ASP is starting a new initiative aimed at getting those areas ready before an incident happens or happens again…
