Suspects arrested in connection to fatal North Omaha shooting appear in court

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The two people arrested in connection to a fatal shooting that took place late Friday night made their first appearance in court on Tuesday.

38-year-old Robert Henry was charged with first degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and tampering with evidence. His bond was denied, and his preliminary hearing is set for January 12.
