WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Wichita Wagonmasters hosted its eighth annual Thanksgiving Smoke on Tuesday.
The smoke started at 5:30 a.m. at the Wichita Wagonmasters Barn in Cowtown. With 11 teams and 21 smokers, the group fed nearly 300 families in need.

“This event continues to grow year after year, and again it’s all about helping out during the holidays and feeding those that wouldn’t have Thanksgiving if this group didn’t step in,” Wichita Wagonmaster Ken Atnip said.
