PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Three people are facing federal charges for their roles in a burglary conspiracy targeting post offices in Washington, authorities announced Wednesday.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington, the trio allegedly used stolen mail to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Officials said 36-year-old Justin Tate of Tacoma, 58-year-old Gregory Foster of Port Orchard and 37-year-old Paula Gamboa of Federal Way, Washington were indicted by a federal grand jury on May 21.
