MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Police arrested a South Euclid woman, 29, at Target Nov. 15 after loss prevention reported that she was in the store and was a known shoplifter.
Her vehicle, found parked illegally in a handicap spot, was searched due to officers seeing an open bottle of cognac while they were speaking with two other occupants who had waited in the vehicle.
