Police searching for armed robbery suspect in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Manheim Township Police are searching for a man suspected of home invasion and armed robbery after he reportedly forced his way into a victim’s home while brandishing a gun and demanding cash.

Police said they responded to a call Wednesday morning in the 3000 block of Kissel Hill Road in Lititz, where the incident had occurred nearly an hour before.

The male occupant of the residence told police that he heard the doorbell ring and answered the door. He was met by the suspect who reportedly handed the victim a cardboard box and then threatened the man with a gun, forcing him back into his home…
