“She is entitled to justice”: Charges dropped against Louisville man involved in deadly Vanderburgh County crash

VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — A Louisville man has been released from jail following his involvement in a deadly crash in Vanderburgh County.

Malik Stafford was originally charged after a head-on collision on North St. Joseph Avenue, taking the life of 31-year-old Maria Guetling last June. However, the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office dropped those charges.
