Recently, an unusual event caught the attention of many residents in Coronado. Over a span of 20 to 30 minutes, roughly 10 to 13 fighter jets were seen launching from the base, with a potential 14th seeming to fire up. This was a significant increase from the usual 2 or 3 jets observed at a time.
