WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Wilmington’s Residential Adolescent Achievement Place (WRAAP) is holding its seventh annual ‘Cruisin for Kids’ Charity Car Raffle.
According to WRAAP, the raffle supports nonprofits and community-based organizations nationwide.
