High winds in Cleveland Heights cause power outages

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Heights Division of Public Safety issued an alert about high winds on the west end of the city that knocked down a tree and power lines, causing a fire and power outages.
