Court records: KC teen used rifle in deadly drive-by shooting

KANSAS CITY —A Kansas City teen faces multiple allegations for a fatal shooting that occurred in April.

Martez Jacoway Jr., 19, faces 2nd Degree Murder, two counts of Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson.
