SHREVEPORT, La. — The Salvation Army of Northwest Louisiana is preparing to host its annual Thanksgiving Day Community Lunch on Thursday.
The organization is set to serve a traditional meal to neighbors and community members. Last year, the group provided 968 meals.
The lunch will be pick-up only. Guests can receive meals via a drive-thru or walk-up service at the door. The Salvation Army will also facilitate pre-arranged delivery for those who cannot leave their homes. There will be no inside dining options available.
