YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — To spin or not to spin—that’s the question York Barbell asked the public when considering its iconic “Barbell Man” statue.
The Barbell Man, modeled after famous lifter Norbert Schemansky, has become somewhat of a landmark for many in the area, as it’s visible to drivers on I-83 traveling into York County.
