Mobile Names New Public Safety, MFRD Leaders

 Mobile Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis recently appointed and the Mobile City Council unanimously confirmed Curtis Graves as executive director of public safety and Barry Glisson as chief of the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department (MFRD). A longtime Mobile Police officer, Graves brings more than 30 years of experience in criminal investigations and public safety administration to his role. A U.S. Army veteran, he most recently served as deputy director of public safety and previously led the Mobile Police Department’s Office of Strategic Initiatives.
