An inspector issued a stop sale order for fish during a visit to a restaurant in The Villages.
The inspector issued the stop sale order for mahi mahi and salmon after finding that the fish had been improperly thawed during an inspection Nov. 17 at Tequila Cantina Mexican Kitchen at Southern Trace Plaza, according to a report on file with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
The inspector also found two other high-priority violations at the restaurant:
