LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Update:
Two more suspects connected with the homicide that occurred on Nov. 20, 2025, at the 4900 block of Arrowhead Place have turned themselves in to authorities.
On Nov. 26, at approximately 10:47 p.m., 24-year-old Ladarin Franklin, of North Little Rock, turned himself in to Deputies at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility (PCRDF) on his active warrant of one count of capital murder and one count of aggravated robbery.
