Dear Editor: Dave Zweifel was right on point with his opinion about single payer, be it extending Medicare or Medicaid (“The solution to the health care crisis we refuse to see,” Nov. 26).
To build on this, I would propose that the government pay the cost of educating anyone who cannot afford it who wants to be a doctor, physician’s assistant, nurse, lab technician other health techs and professionals who care for our medical needs. These eligible people should not be burdened with student loans…
